We are continuing to deliver during these challenging times.
We are continuing to deliver during these challenging times.
Covid-19 (and its variants) caused a great deal of distress and disruption.
But we have used that disruptive period to vastly update our systems and ways of working to the advantage of our clients.
1. We have specific systems in place to collaborate, share and simultaneously work on our case files;
2. All of our (many) IT systems, documents and document management systems are secure, protected, fully backed-up, and fully accessible to anyone in our team no matter where they are based;
3. We have dropped some of the antiquated services. We no longer accept service by fax and we are no longer using the DX. We accept service by email and post.
4. There will be senior members of staff in the office every week or more as required to deal with any urgent applications, orders and notices; receive/serve documents; or in case you just want to pop in for a coffee;
5. There should be no drop off in service levels at all. Our team are speak with each other daily and we remain as responsive as ever;
6. Finally, we have not totally given up on the old ways. We can get from the office to the clerks room of the senior courts costs office in less than 25 minutes.
